Here goes Wally acting like one again and again....

For the record, I didn't miss a ball after a woke up, listening on my phone whilst I was out and about on a glorious Saturday living my life and recovering from the fact that I had to work a whole day last week.

Why not give the Poms an even break? Let 'em bat three times. Make it interesting at least.

^we'd still lose - really, this current mob; if we had one extra innings the convicts would still beat us, and comfortably too...

I met a guy at the bkk airport a few days ago who strangely knew the batting average of cook and other stats, though claimed to have no interest in cricket
Sorry Wally been working, but there comes a time when you have to join in with the Sledging.
We,as in them idiots representing their country in the noble sport of cricket are a total disgrace.
I am hoping the next tour will be in Mogadishu, with any luck they will be kidnapped and held hostage for the rest of their lives, cos no one in the right mind would stump up 2 pence for the ransom money.
But as they are so bloody useless i don't think anybody over there would think financially it would be worth their while.
On the plus side, the Australian guy i spoke to last week bet on England to win the ashes.
    At least one Australian lost.

How can I tie in a story line of an eyewatering experience on a squat toilet in Kra Sang and the MCC? There must be a connexion somewhere. Give me a nudge lads!

I take it you have absolutely ZERO idea of the significance of pink on display (stumps or otherwise) during this Test, and nobody you know has ever had their lives affected in some way or another by breast cancer?. Best case scenario is you're fucking thick, and extremely lucky.

You're right, I didn't. Thanks for pointing it out.

Your last 3 or 4 clauses would better suit a different thread on a different subforum. There's lots of banter on this thread, it's not always/ever PC or sensitive, so you may feel more comfortable elsewhere or realize where you are on the forum and post accordingly. Are you a convict?

    He is That.

Aussie pies were alright from my memory. The Macdonalds ranges were more than alright, stunning infact...as was Uluru...postcards can't portray the real effect of that phenomena, Olgas too. Vegemite still lagged a poor second to Marmite though...

Ashamed at myself really by not backing the 5-0 as my gut felt....Talked it through with mates and they thought I was mad with pre-series feelings, so knocked my gut feelings back a nudge to bet Oz 3-2 and 4-1. The 4-1 punt was 25/1, 5-0 was way wider, can't remember exactly what they were, but those long shot feelings will always be knocked back with reasoning

Never be swayed and bet against your guts!

Yes Betty, the English do pies very well.

Your Cook has had Broad, Anderson, Swann, Monty, Rankin & co. serving up a variety of them in Australia all summer

I see one of the Aaustralian newspapers has a front page declaring that this Australian team "can rightly be labeled INVINCIBLE"

    Oh dear.

Indeed...tempting fate...the English are probably going to have over two days to get the runs...but that is Sydney, the brashest city in the country.

Obviously the brashest of the brash.

As a team they are a long way from the great side. They are good but have been carried by certain players in this series.

Well deserved winners, but invincible.... I hope that bites them on the ass.

    Indeed, a bit much.
This test can still be lost and unlike the last five zip it has not been so much grinding into the dust as it has been watching them fall apart in a spectacular fashion.
Each test has hinged on a session and England have bottled it each time.
