Beef fried with ginger เนื้อผัดขิง or Nuea Pad Khing is popular Thai stir fry dish which can also be made with chicken, pork, duck or fish, as it is a very colorful dish to add more color you could add some sliced red and green bell peppers.

Thai Spicy Ginger with Beef Ingredients
* 400 grams beef or meat of your choice sliced thinly
* 3 tablespoons of finely sliced ginger
* 2-3 cloves of garlic sliced thinly
* onion (to taste)
* 1-2
tomatoes sliced
* small bunch Chinese parsley torn for garnish
* 1-2 spring onion chopped
* pinch of black pepper powder
* 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
* small amount of sugar (to taste)
* 8-12 red
chillies broken and lightly bruised
Making your Thai Spicy Ginger with Beef
Heat pan or wok to hot, add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil and 2 tablespoons of water, now add garlic,once the garlic starts cooking add the beef or meat of your choice, this needs to be stirred often as you are using high temperatures.
Before the beef is cooked add the soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, as soon as it is hot again add ginger, onion, tomato, spring onion and pepper, once cooked serve with boiled rice and garnish with Chinese parsley.

With the chillies only being lightly broken it makes it easier for those with tender palates to seperate them from the dish.
