Thai Beef In Oyster Sauce Stir Fry - Nuea Pad Nam Man Hoy

Stir fried beef in oyster sauce เนื้อผัดน้ำมันหอย or nuea pad nam man hoy is a Chinese orientated dish which is quick and easy delicious meal to make.
To add more color and flavour bell pepper slices can be added.

Beef & Oyster Sauce Ingredients

* beef sliced into bite sized pieces
* small amount of chopped onion
* small amount of chopped mushrooms (Baby sweetcorn or asparagus can be substituted)
* 1 clove of garlic smashed
* Ground black pepper
* pinch of salt (to taste)
* 1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
* 1-2 tablespoons of water
* Chinese parsley or spring onion chopped for garnish

Making your stir fried beef in oyster sauce

* In a hot pan or wok add oil and garlic
* mix in the sliced beef
* when the beef is nearly cooked add mushrooms
* now add onion
* add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and ground pepper
* mix well and taste test
* Serve with rice and garnish with parsley
