* 200 grams of chicken chopped into bite sized pieces
* 1 small onion sliced
* 1-2 tomatoes chopped
* 1 clove of garlic minced
* 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper
* 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
* 2 pinches of salt
* 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder
* 1 tablespoon of curry powder
* 2 chopped fresh chillies
* sugar to taste
* 1/2 cup of water or stock
* Garnish with either sliced ginger or chopped Chinese parsley
Making your Indian Chicken Curry
* Heat your pan or wok to medium high, add 4 tablespoons of oil and add onion, tomato and garlic.
* After about 30 seconds add your chicken.
* When the chicken is browned turn the heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients whilst stirring.
* Leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
* Taste test and serve with rice or naan bread.
