Thai Sun Dried Beef Recipe - เนื้อแดดเดียว

Thai sun dried beef is an easy meal to make, it can be served as beer food with a dish of chili sauce, or as a main dish with sticky rice and vegetables of choice.

Ingredients for sun dried beef
* 500grams of Beef (pork can also be used)
* 2 Minced garlic (or to taste)
* 5 slices of Minced Ginger (or to taste)
* 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
* 1 Tablespoon of of Oyster Sauce
* 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder
* 1 Teaspoon of Salt
* 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
Making sun dried beef
* slice beef into strips of about 1cm each
* taking all the other ingredients mix well into the beef and marinade for 4 hours or even over night
* place in a sunny spot for a couple of hours then turn over the slices of beef for another 2 hours, normally a bamboo tray is used
* heat your wok to high with a couple of tablespoons of oil in and fry the beef for 4 to 5 minutes turning occasionally
* serve with sticky rice and fresh vegetables such as cabbage, cucumber, tomato, don't forget a bowl of chili dipping sauce.
