Pad Krung Gup Dork Gralam or Stir fried prawn and cauliflower in oyster sauce ผัดกุ้งกับดอกกระหล่ำ is a Chinese orientated dish which is quick and easy delicious meal to make.

Prawn & Cauliflower in Oyster Sauce Ingredients
* 200 gram of prawns, shelled and deveined
* cauliflower thinly chopped
* small amount of chopped onion
* some
tomatoes sliced
* 1 clove of garlic smashed
* Ground black pepper (to taste)
* pinch of salt (to taste)
* 1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
* 1-2 tablespoons of water
* Chinese parsley or spring onion chopped for garnish (optional)
Making your stir Prawn & Cauliflower in oyster sauce
* In a hot pan or wok add oil and garlic
* mix in the prawns
* when the prawns are nearly cooked add cauliflower and tomatoes
* now add onion
* add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and ground pepper
* mix well and taste test
* Serve with rice and garnish with parsley
