You do realize that there is a another possibility as to how a person is serving me some BBQd pork for lunch?

A food of the Gods lunch, a BLT, with homemade sandwich bread and mayo. The loading sequence is mayo. lettuce, tomato, bacon.

I have to admit, I've seen probably thousands of BBQ's whole pigs, here they're a daily sight. I've never seen one like that before and honestly, I was mentally playing "guess that dead animal" before I reread your post. At first I thought it was a roo, but then I thought, the front legs are too short. Then I thought maybe a small goat or lamb. I wouldn't have never guessed a pig because the shoulders and ass are too small.

No offense intended and I'm sure your "servant" did a superb job serving his master.

Lettuce had to be used today or thrown out, so another BLT was called for. This time, a medium size baguette from the freezer was playing host. Always look forward to slicing into a baguette, seeing if the aeration has been OK. This one looks good.

Slowly pan grilling the bacon to get the fat rendered down.

Decided to 'toast' the cut sides of the baguette in the bacon fat after the bacon had been put to one side.

Just crisped up the sides, and absorbed some of the fat.

A good slather of mayo top and bottom sides, lettuce, tomato, then some seasoning.

    The bacon, then more lettuce.

An absolute winner, possibly the best I've ever eaten (think it could have been the toasting in bacon fat that swung it).

Thursday curry day coming up and I also managed to fit another one in on Tuesday. The usual rice and three, but this time with spinach and potato and two specials of the day: keema peas (hello Mendy!) and chicken balti. Extra chilies, coriander and chopped ginger on top and it was fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!

I've never heard anyone use that word in relation to a 2000 calorie oil laden meal of Gupta's dubious meat before.

It's anything but fiiiiiiiiiiiiit mate, The word you are looking for is most likely dogggggg, piiiiiiigeon or caaaaaaaaaaat.

He can go for it, I don't do the cleaning.

Mind you, neither does the wife very often.

So, no, I guess I'd rather he used the gardener's toilet.

...Together with that half a tub of Butter/Philadelphia youve slapped on the bread.

Gotta totally agree with Cyrille here.

You can't really call that a BLT, it's more of a LBT... Lurpak, Bacon and Tree

That is one big ass sammy PAG. Gonna be stuck in you for a few days.

Not sure about a baguette BLT. I prefer some thin sliced bread, loads of bacon, few tomato slices and a bit of lettuce.

Glad you didn't waste the lettuce.

It is indeed...but if you just walked into a service station toilet and spotted Hal exiting trap 1 and know Pag is still there constipated in trap 6, I'm pretty sure you'd wait and risk the floater

Sorry, I shouldn't have had those 3 Leffes to finish last night.

^ Well, at least you'll be getting your money's worth out of that fancy plastic car cover you were showing off about.

Easy enough, homemade mayo then just add some of the homemade Sriracha to taste: https://teakdoor.com/the-kitchen/215...ml#post4518795 (Thai Sauces)
