But the peas look good.

Now Dill said he had the fish, never mind that. Then he went on to explain that this was the end of kids eat cheap deal. Hence I assume the burger was for his child. From my first burger to my last I could not eat that with the peas on the plate. I would be polite and not complain, but get the peas off my plate. Its a burger and fries, "chips"? Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles okay but peas?![]()
^ Broaden your mind mate.
Give peas a chance!
^ It's been a long day...
Actually, it's been a long fukkin 17 years, but let's not go there.

A Thai restaurant that uses clean meat, clean fresh produce, prepared properly and cleanly in a hygienic environment really is a godsend.
No bits of rubbery chicken skin or knobbly pieces of gristly shite for those of us in the 8-12 year old age group to worry about.

I've got a few baguettes in the freezer, and yes I did think about slicing one up for cheesy croutons, but spotted that piece of focaccia in the freezer also, and that was a quick fix. Got another 3 boxes of the soup in the freezer though, so next time I'll go the whole nine yards and make the croutons.
Edith's homemade larb from last night. Clean pork minced with a cleaver, no bits of liver n shiz.
Pre-lava egg, post phone falling into it.
Over did the lava egg by a smidgen while getting the required 2 liters of ice cold drinking water from the fridge.
Still got 50% lava flow, but forgot the sprigs of mint.

Mrs sent me off to work for the first time in a while with a tasty ham cheese cress mayo sub.

Well was hoping for lunch today but wife and I got a late start. Wife started the process of making the Sai Ua about 2 days ago. If you do not make this as a business the prep time is rather lengthy but well worth the effort.
Later today we will grill them up and enjoy some fresh with khao neow then vacuum seal the rest.
They look great
^^ tell her she's made Cumberland Sausage, look good.
