I have to admit, I've seen probably thousands of BBQ's whole pigs, here they're a daily sight. I've never seen one like that before and honestly, I was mentally playing "guess that dead animal" before I reread your post. At first I thought it was a roo, but then I thought, the front legs are too short. Then I thought maybe a small goat or lamb. Thursday curry day coming up and I also managed to fit another one in on Tuesday. The usual rice and three, but this time with spinach and potato and two specials of the day: keema peas (hello Mendy!) and chicken balti. Extra chilies, coriander and chopped ginger on top and it was fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!
