    ^I think he meant why rice in the stirfry and rice noodles.... the rice in the stirfry is cauliflower rice so I don't have two carbs in there.

    I repeatedly tell you about? This is maybe the third time I post in the kitchen in a very long time unlike you guys. That is how I eat, but not how I have always ate, and I do still eat sweets now and then... have a history of binge eating disorder that I am keeping under control with the way I eat, so no I am not 9 or 10 stone (I don't even want to get down to 10 stone), but I have lost about 6 pounds in three weeks and slowly losing weight when I eat right and exercise. It is a process, and I've yo yo'd my whole life in weight.

    I'd say yum to the ribs, but I wouldn't eat it, just because I don't eat red meat, but glad you enjoyed snubs. I have nothing against people that do eat meat!

    Here's a tip: keep doing these things, stop preaching about how wonderful you are to us - it doesn't wash, you self-obsessed bore - and refrain from calling the kebab house when you are starving at 11pm and eating sweets "every now and then."

    ^Go fuck yourself, I don't owe you any explanation to my life. I don't lie either, I do try to eat healthy, but people do slip up. And I have been a vegatarian for over three months now. Vegans can eat unhealthy too, that is why I do plant based whole foods. Anyway, you don't need to be 10 stone to be healthy. I don't know what your problem is, I've always been honest, but yes I have yo yo'd my whole life cause I've been on very restrictive diets that don't last in the long run. Now the way I eat is a way of life and I am losing weight and proud of it, so fuck off.
