    How long did they take to cook? I should buy a meat thermometer, I tend to marginally (sometimes majorly) over-cook my meat.
    A rookie mistake, being inexperienced and worried about it being raw (food poisoning)..
    Try to keep that nauseous "Stroller" out of the kitchen and I'll start a thread about my smoker.

    This of course leaves 3 options.

    1) cut into doorstop shaped pieces. Use as doorstops.

    2) unpack and place into a random letterbox.

    3) Marinade with a btl of whisky, bbq sauce, thyme, pepper, seal up in a bag and sous-vidildo for an hour, before burning in a pan and slicing wafer thin against the grain.

    Not big, Herman. Standard size. Maybe the photo makes them look big. Or maybe my pan is small.

    I was hungry and too lazy to cook anything else so I cut the meat off the bones and threw it between slices of wholemeal bread. Almost a manwich.

    This sandwich is a reminder of why brushing your teeth is important...I don't think I could conquer a sandwich like that today.

    Are you licking cane toads again?. It's total SHIT, including their premier product KU (Kasetsarts Uni) which is some mongrel breed of poor eating cattle that's as tough as leather.     Nothing to do with "conditioning" you fucking MELT, it's about taste flavour and texture. Go to the best steakhouses in Thailand, and there are some very good ones, and see if there's local meat on the menu. But, you can't eat on the floor so you'll just have to believe those of us that know a good steak when we eat one
