Nice. Any chance of an afters?
Main Mrs Luigi picked up some steaks and a btl of red. They probably won't go with mama nooden, so better go pick up some veg.
That eating dog thread was hilarious!!
Fokin' pulling the piss love.
This of course leaves 3 options.
1) cut into doorstop shaped pieces. Use as doorstops.
2) unpack and place into a random letterbox.
3) Marinade with a btl of whisky, bbq sauce, thyme, pepper, seal up in a bag and sous-vidildo for an hour, before burning in a pan and slicing wafer thin against the grain.

So you are going to marinade shit Thai beef in barbecue sauce and single malt whiskey? 5555555555555555555555555 You really dont have a clue how to cook.
What happened to the chicken you posted up last week that you were cooking with expired prepackaged white sauce?
Tonight for dinner I shall be having... Exactly what I had last Friday for dinner.
Because that's how I roll.
Fed it to the dog, to fatten it up!!

Sous-Vidildo single-malt marinated wellington boot.
That looks rockin'
Are you licking cane toads again?. It's total SHIT, including their premier product KU (Kasetsarts Uni) which is some mongrel breed of poor eating cattle that's as tough as leather. And costs roughly the same as imported Poll Hereford or Black Angus as people who buy it once will quickly find out.
Nothing to do with "conditioning" you fucking MELT, it's about taste flavour and texture. Go to the best steakhouses in Thailand, and there are some very good ones, and see if there's local meat on the menu. But, you can't eat on the floor so you'll just have to believe those of us that know a good steak when we eat one![]()
Oh dear - and you still haven't a clue.
We'll be looking forward to your next pictorial contribution about how you used Thai beef in a meal.Originally Posted by thaimeme
