I would rather have lots of veggies than a plateful of meat. That looks good, Nige. Congrats on the diet!! Just be careful over Xmas.

I haven't eaten anything for 2 fukkin days

I'm on a cold pressed juice detox, I've shit myself twice already today, that'll be another few pounds off for the weigh in on Friday.

Today's dinner, tasted like a breezer with seeds

    Here's the program

After the program, you will be healthy, have glowing skin and fell refreshed. And it is so simple!
Might give that a go myself, before the Christmas onslaught.
Keep us updated on the two bob bits.

^^ Is this a chart of what colour your bowel movements are going to be by the hour everyday?

Think once I get to the Mighty Green, I would be a bit worried.

    God speed.

Lots of beach bodies in there.

Well, i can tell you. If i did a de tox and didn't eat properly for ten days so as to get a beach body- my body would be just the same as when i started. Perfect for the beach!! With a bit of belly. And gazelle like legs!!

Cleaning out the fridge before a grocery run in the morning, this took care of some things that had to go.

Boneless Pork loin chops, love them!.

The lazy mans way to breading anything.

The onto a plate with garlic mashed pumpkin, bacon and onion sauteed cabbage, sprouts (yeah yeah, but Mrs Worx and I really like them ), and the obligatory gravy. Got some extra free space for tomorrows shopping now, job done.

^I think you're a Pattaya local?. If so, Foodland Friendship and Villa all usually have it in stock. The Original Chicken is particularly good!.

^^Yes it's American, been around for ages and there's a few different flavours. As mentioned, the Original Chicken is where it's at!. Throw some chicken pieces into a zip-lock, add the seasoning, shake 'n bake. Me (and my Doctor) prefer it to KFC, it's that good.

Careful not to burn the Shake&Bake, Dil, but if you do then you can hide the results with thick gravy...

I don’t either but the niece put it on her. She picked her up from the pound 2 weeks ago. The pup had only two days left before she was going to be put down.

The pup was lucky and I believe we are also. She’s wonderful.

    Happy Thanks giving.
Bit off topic, but why are the spikes going inwards?
Never seen a collar like that! Is it to stop the dog pulling on the lead?
