Well, i can tell you. If i did a de tox and didn't eat properly for ten days so as to get a beach body- my body would be just the same as when i started. Perfect for the beach!! With a bit of belly. And gazelle like legs!!

The onto a plate with garlic mashed pumpkin, bacon and onion sauteed cabbage, sprouts (yeah yeah, but Mrs Worx and I really like them :)), and the obligatory gravy. Got some extra free space for tomorrows shopping now, job done.

^^Yes it's American, been around for ages and there's a few different flavours. As mentioned, the Original Chicken is where it's at!. Throw some chicken pieces into a zip-lock, add the seasoning, shake 'n bake. Me (and my Doctor) prefer it to KFC, it's that good.
