Before some of you snigger and laugh at my choice of brand, I was well surprised when I read the ingredients (which I always do in supermarkets)....I assumed it was full of additives, e-numbers and crap

I added an extra green pepper because I love 'em



And it sure hit the spot

I quite like the Uncle Ben's sweet and sour. It tastes OK and it's quick and easy. And Tesco has it cheap quite often (note to Nigel )
