Has Dilly changed his missus lately or has she been on a cooking course??? Maybe she realized with all the iFacetime going on she'd have to up her game if she wanted to keep him (the question then begs: why would she want to???).![]()

Back to civilisation now so off to Gateway Ekamai for dinner.
Altogether with a large bottle of beer 700 baht .

I usually use those apple pudding jars for babies as apple sauce. Full of nutrients!!
Add a bit of spices, nobody knows.
Did you make this yourself? Yes. It is so smooth and scrummy....!!! And if a baby is around they can have the leftovers.
Trying to explain why i have jars of baby food in my cupboard can be a bit awkward.
Shise, my friends know.

Nice bit of nosh KT mate
Tonight I have been a good boy carrying on with my diet after 2 salad sandwiches wholemeal bread no butter ,, for dinner tonight a low calorie tin of chicken noodle soup plus 4 very small wholemeal crisp breads . Some fresh fruit salad to follow .
You lot would have been proud of me last week at the all inc hotel , only a small plate of grub for dinner at night with NONE of those beautiful tempting desserts on offer , no lunch at midday , a nice big bowl of muesli with fresh figs + yoghurt for breakfast , no more than a couple of beers some nights , water the others![]()
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs![]()

Ah, more fine Brit Cuisine...
no Italian would touch that plate with a bargepole.

Oh, wouldn't they. OK then.
