Its very surprising that I didn't have any problem during last few weeks but recently one of a very dear colleagues got pissed with me although the guy knows that I ain't at fault 100%.

I want to keep this guy happy at all times and at all costs cos this guy means a lot to me. I even apologised for being a dick but there ain't no reply yet.

Dear Pooly,

I just have to get all this off my chest right now or else I'll probably crack up and end up being a junky on the sidewalk talking to myself or something.

So my Stepmum and Dad have just recently had some news of late. My Dad has HIV and my Stepmum AIDS.

I started off coping pretty well with the news but just lately I've been all over the place. I'm getting that awful feeling the world is against me quite often and my Dad has noticed a change in my behaviour. I'm not the daughter he used to know he told me the other day.

He decided to take me to a psycholgist but after hearing this woman tell me she knew how I felt I became angry and left the room.

I feel so helpless. I know I should be supporting them as much as I can at the moment but they are the ones supporting me! It shouldn't be like that at all.

All my friends tell me it dosen't matter everything will be fine but it won't will it? They ask me if I'm okay and sometimes I feel like climbing a building and shouting at the top of my voice "I'm not fucking okay! And everything will not be alright!"

Some people tell me they understand but they just don't! And others don't know what to say to me so they say nothing at all to me. And my best friend finds it hard to know what to say to me so I don't really like to annoy or irritate him.

I just need to be strong right now, maybe in time I will.
