If possible, could you tell me a way of spotting whether or not a TG is wearing a padded-bra - without actually getting them undressed. On more than one occasion in the past, I have been led to believe the TG of my dreams had 'a nice pair' only to be sadly disappointed at a later date/junction.

I would really like to avoid this problem re-occurring in the future.

Work from the understanding that 90% of thai girlies will be wearing boobie enhancing bras.
If you think you've found one with a real set you can do one of three things.
1) Like I do. Give 'em a squeeze.

Hmm..........I think that you've done the right thing by saying "enough is enough!" but I'd go further.
If you've forked out the sums you've mentioned elsewhere it's time to be knocking on doors with some paperwork detailing how you expect this money to be repaid!
Yep, you want 30% of their wages or income (in the future, should they not be working) if they have possesions of value, have these noted on your piece of paper, indicating that they will forfeit ownership of said possessions should they default on repayment of the debt.
Being a nice guy you may or may not wish to forgo interest charges but add a late payment clause amounting to 10% of payment due.
By putting the financial burdon back on them allows you to maintain your respect as a helpful family member and friend who is simply reclaiiming what is yours and it puts the onus onto this irresposnsible pair.
Once they sign this agreement they are then faced with the resposibility of their past action and it will sink in how fucked they will be should something happen in the future.
