Heard of these fabled kebabs, but not had a chance to mossy on down yet. On my "to do" list.
Any chance of a price and score out of 10?
I thought they were my homemade banger's!
BTW...Last fookin' pie you'll ever get from me.![]()

^ No need for that mate
Bingo!!, first time I've been to W Market, nice place for a chill a few beers and to stuff your face. The different foods that are sold there;Originally Posted by Bogon

It was nice that kebab, I ate half the filling first, then folded it over and chucked some chips in to make it a shawarma.the pita bread was nice and fresh and the meat was nice and tender, the only gripe is the chili sauce wasn't spicy. Needs a bit of tabasco, but I'll still give it a 7 and a half. Oh and it was 170 bahtOriginally Posted by Bogon

That looks nice, Dirk. Friday would be me fav.
Friday was indeed the winner.
I seasoned it with salt, pepper and a garlic onion powder mix and left it to reach room temp then dropped it onto olive oil on high heat for 1 minute each side then a minute on each edge using tongs.
I then turned down the heat to minimum and gave it a minute a side for 6 minutes whilst covering it in butter.
I then left it for 5 minutes on the plate while I cooked the onions and shrooms in the juices and poured it over.
It was perfect.
Lang may yer lum reek...
It sounds and look great, but for perfect you'd need some saute potatoes and maybe a cauliflower cheese with broccoli.Originally Posted by dirk diggler

Can't afford tatties in Korea, especially not after buying the beef.
I'm all for veg, but cauliflower can fuck right off.
This winter in this cold and desolate place where i live. I have discovered micro wavable Fondues!!
I totally vetoed them for years, but can tell you they are yummy. Just add a bit of wine and voila!! Two minutes later and you are imagining sitting up there in the nice crisp alpine air.
I am even taking a few to my mum and sis next month. In deepest Scotland.
One pot wonders, better than pot noodles anyday. Always have a small glass of kirsch to dip your bread into before you dip it in the cheese. Works wonders on your sinuses.
Nice Sunday roast, now off to watch the rags get smashed![]()
^ Did you forget to cook the sausages?![]()

^ Have you never had a Mixed grill ?
I would, and Stoker probably has...![]()
