I used to get it under my arms and follow the smell but now I use a body spray to keep it away.

As for the food, I don't know. It just comes naturally. Some of us just have it, innit. Luigio and Nevernio - in a class of our ownio.

But honestly, when I was making it, I was thinking of Bsnub's steak sandwiches, but I didn't want to cremate the beef like he does.

Fook, hope he's not drinking tonight.

Was just going to have a salad and leftover chicken breast on multigrain samidge for dinner tonight. Got this far before the light came on (the light in the fridge)

Fuck the chicken breast, ribeye was the way to go.

End result. Plenty tender enough to eat by hand and no sauces required, the steak juices did that job nicely.

That looks damn good, I would go crazy for it if it was on a roll of sorts. Soaks up all the juices better.

Yep, beef steak sandwiches are the way to go. They could be on the menu again for me tonight.

To be honest, if this wouldn't have been a last minute change of plans I would have bought a baguette at the bakery this morning instead of a loaf of multi grain. Hindsight...

I am going to have faggots and peas for my lunch. I hope I remember to take pics. Faggots are not homosexuals in Wales but things that resemble meatloaf. We do not have homosexuals in Wales.

Nonetheless, if it works for ya - go with it.

For a sandwich use, one would desire that the steak was a decent cut as well as to be prepared tender - hope it was.

Nothing worse than biting into a less than tender piece.
A hearty and complimentary condiment is essential.

    Bon appetit!

Australian Poll Hereford grass fed rib-eye is about as good and tender as it gets here, or anywhere. Unless you want to spend 3000+ Baht per kg on USDA Black Angus or 8000-12000 Baht per kg on Wagyu (I've bought both before). But to make a steak sandwich using either would be akin to spreading fine caviar on a slice of processed cheese.
