That's because it expired on the 30th November!

I've been making the most of Makro having lamb in stock.

Thursday was roast lamb shoulder.



I can do pretty much anything in a convection oven.




Friday night I used the leftover lamb for kebabs.

I fried up the lamb with garlic and red onions.



I think that four kebabs from the amount of lamb left was a bit optimistic.



So the kebabs were a bit cabbage-heavy.

But tasty, nonetheless.

I'd made up garlic sauce by mixing mayonnaise with chopped garlic.



Just like a Friday night out in Bristol after a skinful of beer!



To give the daughter the true kebab experience, as a special Friday night treat I let her dip a finger in my Leo and lick off the drips before she got stuck in.

A glimpse into the future for her, when her old man takes her for a night out once she's 18.
