That mash would have saved half of Sid's and Luigi's ancestors back in 1845![]()
^ looked at that rate my plate the other day.
Funny as
Gotta set up a fake fb account and stick Chitty up on there
![]()
Have a look at Carol C's pics on Rate my Plate.
Funny as fuck, bless her.

That looked pretty good compared to the Chitmeister's too.
Let's get him viral and on Macclesfield Local radio.![]()
Soggy Yorkies.
Nothing more unappetizing.
^Besides the 2 photos of twigs and other assorted inedible shite you've posted, and deleted both for reasons I simply cannot understand.
But don't let that stop you being the armchair expert in food and cooking threads, with your background in high culinary and all you clueless fucking wannabe
Anyways Dill here's my equivalent of what you did yesterday.
That's the Big C Aussie steak I mentioned a while ago which is consistently good, but I want to try the Argentinian rib-eye from a new supplier over your side of town soon https://www.facebook.com/TKM-Thailand-1087149254641310/
Can't edit my post above for some reason but just to add, FFS do not try the local beef being sold at Siambury's under the brand name T&J unless you want to swap your steak knife for a chainsaw. Lots of good reviews, they must be on far better drugs than I can get to say it's anything other than terrible...
These were taken the other day at a Farm and Fleet store in Delavan Wisconsin. I went to get new blades for my ice auger and happened upon these dog treats.
I thought imagine that, fifteen usd for dog treats. I thought damn that's twice what dill paid for those ham hocks!
A Laotian family of five could eat off that for a week.
It's a mad mad world.
^^dogs like sweet potato?
The current costs of dog treats and dog food in general is outrageous. Wonder what the poor folk who used to dine on Alpo are doing now?
Maybe Plies should consider branching out into dog food making. He could make a killing here in the States.
Very nice HW and jack, look damn tasty!
Tonights after boozer ruby
Couple of questions below
500 grammes of chicken fillet, 2 onions, 6 cloves of garlic one yellow pepper, 3 big tomatoes chopped as I dont have a can in the cupboard, small can of tomato paste.
1 - shall i add water?
2- will those dumplings compliment it?
3- should I have cooked/browned the chicken and onions first?
4- how long can you leave a slow cooker before rolling in?
Cheers
1- Yes, ideally you'd use chicken stock or add a chicken stock cube (behind the eggs in your fridge door) but you're going to need liquid in there.
2- Dumpling compliment pretty much everything
3- Yeah, but it's still ok. Just don't taste it for a few hours till the chicken has had time to cook.
4- As long as it's on low, about a month.
^ +^^ tyvm
last question...Are pork cubes ok?
That looks more like a curry now

Sure, a Pork stock cube will do fine. Get some chicken and mushroom cubes when you're out shopping next though
*Note to self, go grocery shopping and get more eggs*
I thought I'd whip up some wild caught cod.
Melt butter mixed with olive oil and brush it onto the fillet. Add salt and pepper but not too much. Dribble with lemon and lime juice, again not too much.
Brown diced fresh garlic and sprinkle it over the fillet along with chopped green onion.
I placed green pepper on the plate but many garnish's will work.
Slice a lemon and stack along the lateral line.
Bake at 375f for 15 minutes. Then broil for 5 minutes to finish.
