The best fruits in the world are available in SE Asia, and there are so many: rambutan, mangosteen, lychee, longan, dukong/langsat (that's Malay, not sure what it is in Thai), papaya, mango, pineapple etc...

Have you tried Feijoas (native to NZ, I think)... very unique taste...one of my favs.
As kids, we used to jump the fence to a local orchard - loads of awesome fruit, ripe for the picking... just had to watch out for the guard dogs that used to chase us... fun times!

If you can't remember, then you have not tried it. It is memorable.
I used to not be able to stand it, but one day out of politeness I stopped breathing through my nose and tried it again......luxurious deliciousness! Best fruit in the world. Now the smell doesn't bother me (except, when in the fridge, the smell leeches out through 2 plastic bags and a lidded plastic container and seeps somehow into the ice cubes in the freezer and taints them).

Take chicken breasts. Add Shake n Bake 'Italian Seasoning' version.

Shake.

Bake.



Slice and place of top of Penne.

Pour on some green curry paste.



Make sure the beer is icy cold.

Hang your head in shame. Place finger in that bottom left hand blob. Lick finger. Drink icy beer.

Luckily the recipe is as simple as the namesake.

Some type of breaded chicken breast.

With some type of pasta.

With some type of green curry paste poured on top.

Serve next to the bizarrely precious Last Word.

Cooked the missus what I thought was a lovely sea bass tonight in all the chilli and garlic lemon grass + sweet cilli sauce , with some sweet + sour vegggies + steamed jasmine , just to be told " mai aroi " not delicious !

So she actually ate half the two ankle snappers chicken nuggets ,, fuk that fish must have been off
