^ not bad for you, nearly sent a green because the eggs were done perfectly and the salmon looks really tasty, but too much pepper just prevented that finger push...

    Well...to each his own.

Though, a few might have more discriminating taste than others.

Funnily enough, just a couple of days ago, I asked the missus to pick me up some smoked salmon while she was out...

I stuck it a steamer type thing for 5 mins and it tasted amazing.

I asked for smoked salmon, and that's what she bought back - a massive lump of it for $25. & yes, I did cook it, but all I did was whack it in the steamer and sprinkle some herb mix on top. It must have been a good and fresh bit of fish because the taste was wonderful.

^^Of course you don't, but that's NOT smoked salmon.

I nearly sent a red because this clueless kunt doesn't even know what smoked salmon is, but then after realizing it's Batty I stopped before the finger push

It's way overcooked. Salmon should be cooked to medium at the most and still be pink in the middle. Batty fucked it right up

And that's all that matters. We're spoiled for choice in Pattaya for fresh salmon, at any given time there's product available from Canada, Scotland, Tasmania, NZ, and occasionally Norway. It's just a matter of chosing the fat content you like, the prices are all similar and the quality is always excellent. Never ever touch frozen salmon.

    Sounds very nice.

What's a reasonable price for salmon - the missus got a massive slab (that plate was about half), but she paid $25; seemed really expensive to me...

    Not fresh, but prepared packaged.

Obviously, you and others can't recognize the difference of what natural, fresh, or real foods might constitute - one and the same, I'm sure.

^ the fresh salmon that the wife bought at the fish market had been recently taken from the sea and filleted for our disposal; it was a piece of fresh fish.

^The coffee table expert must think the salmon filet in your 2nd pic came out of the pack of smoked salmon in your first pic. For such "an intellect" he really is as thick as fuck.

Price point for fresh salmon here runs around 800-1200 baht per kg I think. Will take more notice next time I buy some.

Not cheap, but sounds parallel(ish) to what she paid.

I was gonna suggest there was something wrong with the sausages then realized they were chipolatas - looks like you cooked for yourself this evening then...

A couple of bits of bread and you'd have a decent chip butty and a 'sausage' and egg sandwich.

She fucked up the egg and sausage and the beans were cold. It ended up as a couple of chip butties.

Say the word mate and she will be over there knocking you up Tomorrows dinner

What's the worse that could happen ?

^ if that's her best effort then I've changed my mind! What's up, she was coming along so well...

I've got my missus producing a menu for the local foreigners; usually about 10 dishes or so a week, been going about a month. We're charging 300 baht for a Cow Pad Mooo and that's still a lot cheaper than the Thai restaurant across town. If we get things going then we may need your missus over as a second chef.
