Came home to a cracking meal tonight . Saturday along with that cracking fore rib I bought 2 hands of pork for £6

Jan cooked one of these tonight in some Thai Lobo sauce with eggs + fried rice with veg ,,,, unbelievable amount of super tender pork ! for £3

I'm gonna slow roast the other one later as its in the freezer for now .

    Fresh hand of pork £3

    Out of date kale 20p

    Lobo sauce packet 30bht

A fifth of the cheap rice packet 10p

Cooked with lots of love = £priceless !!!
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

    No

Its an economical cut from the lower shoulder , our local butcher don't have em that often but when he does I go for it ,, super lean very tender melt in the mouth ,, I suppose a cut not pleasing to the eye as in a large joint , but never mind that for two people its a bargain

Tonight we tried something a little different. We’re in Miraflores/Lima Peru and went to Restaurante Central for dinner.

Clockwise: Her 2nd mojito, Fish and seeds, Hot (fish) Ceviche, Seafood tata

    Pretty good food.

^ That would be tasty sober, and simply sensational in a pre-collapse drunken haze

My dinner tonight. Nothing fancy but it hit the spot.

Yep, Pork fat-boy is what the label said. And for me there's only one thing better than a thick rich gravy on top of sausages / mash, and that's to load it up with grilled onions .

Last night I asked the missus to use the biriani mix I bought a year or so ago and do something with an Indian theme - very nice too. She went for a Thai classic...

She did complain that the Korean baby shrimps didn't wriggle around as much as the Thai baby shrimps.
