Yeah ^ ,, I normally wear a mask at night when I am out scrumping , but Dillinger wanted to borrow it nearly 3 years ago now to give his missus a surprise one Saturday night and I haven't seen it since

Saw some fantastic looking pork belly in Foodland today. It'd been a while since eating this (at home) so why not...

On a bed of garlic-mashed spud, with sauteed cabbage and bacon, and some beans on the side. It's hard to get the crackling perfect in an electric oven without fucking about shifting it around every few minutes under the elements for an even scorch, but it still worked out ok.

    Not bad

I was thinking that they have changed the shape. But realised that that is a pudding not a pie.

Pork chop for tea last night, with roasted veg and mashed sweet potato - I actually mashed half of them by mistake with some over zealous fork work while they were still par boiling. Sweet potatoes certainly don't have the robust qualities of a good old King Edward.

^^I'm glad you explained what it was!

Could've been an overcooked Lemon Meringue Pie from that angle.

Some ring-burning chili being slowcooked, and beer being slow-chilled, as we speak.

    Went down a treat.

    As did the second helping.

As the icy beer continues to.

5 servings into the freezer for emergencies.

    Villa Market.

They always have loads of them in stock in the Mexican food section. Pack of ten is 70-80b I think.

^ that's actually quite impressive because I'm not sure how you managed to take such a terrible picture - green sent for innovation!
