^I'd happily pay for that, looks the biz. Just on the eggs; For the first time I bought a box of organic eggs this week, Foodland were out of the "normal" jumbo eggs that are on the weekly shopping list. Boiled half a dozen up for the fridge this morning and tried one, they taste quite different (in a good way). Anyone else noticed this or are my taste buds shot?.

Your taste buds are shot, probably due to your gravy 'issues'.

Did you check that they weren't quail eggs or anything. I know most of you Aussies can't read, but there's usually some pictures on the packaging.

Nothing wrong with my reading Batty, and if there was you'd be the last TEFLER I'd want to learn from. Why would you respond to anything to do with eggs anyway?. You can't cook one and posted pics to prove that so what the fuck would you know???.

Happy hens, raised by caring hands, lay our Beyond Organic eggs while living free, as chickens naturally should. So they are better, naturally.

Nice, but would have been even nicer if you'd carried yeeself with some decorum ...

(bloody Convict)(I see you got the packet with big pictures to help you out...)

&, I cook eggs very very well, as is well known among the TD cooking threads.

Your gravy on the other hand:

Spent two hours making chicken pie. I loved it. My wife said it was too heavy and looked like vomit.

Did you put carrots in the pie ? It could not possibly have looked like vomit if it didn't have diced carrots in it. My mate Terry has made a study of this sort of thing and he says people who eat carrots are are prone to vomiting.

If it looked like cat vomit, then it turned out perfect, I'm assuming....

Looked perfect to me. Nice biscuit (Southern style) crust. Carrots, celery, peas etc. Made a roux and thickened it with chicken stock, baked for 40 minutes.

    Cheers.

Get some pics up if you get the chance.

When it comes to ribs, there can never be enough ways to do 'em. Might do some whiskey, honey and soy sauce ones tomorrow night.

An early entry today, with plans of leaving home in an hour to get on the sauce and watch some cricket this will be dinner anyway.

Saw these in Villa and thought they'd be worth trying, around 375 grams in weight. NZ meat is well known to be good stuff.

Just with some mixed veg on the side as usual, this should fill the hole and soak some booze up.

Steak quality verdict; Excellent. Was going to smother it all in pepper gravy but didn't want to set Batty off on another of his pot-noodle spitting rampages

Only kidding. Fuck Batty, I like gravy and lots of it . Anyway if you see these T-Bones in Villa and are wondering if they're any good, they sure are.
