Don't know if I got this right?
Thought I'd give it a go with hot water pastry.
Minced beef and onions, sliced potatoes, carrots and chinese parsnip.

First attempt at posting photos. An early dinner today of Aussie Rib Eye, a Lamb Chop, and a bit of salad.

Looks delicious.
Nice lamb chops - where in Pattaya did you get them ?

great looking barbie headworx , i really enjoy reading this thread right before dinner, gives me a hell of an appetite
Thanks Beerlaodrinker, the reason I wanted to start posting photos is because after a long time of also working up an appetite looking at other peoples cooking, it was time to add something!.
Pseudolos the chops are from Foodland in their fresh meat window, not the frozen stuff. They're something like 850 Baht a kilo, an inch thick, and always really good.
Well done Hworkx both on the food side and posting the pics ,, all good mate green in the bin .

Black bean and Cheese Burritos
Soft flour tortillas, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, dash or two of Harbanero sauce, a few tortilla chips and Nortons beans using black beans rather than red. Root beer optional.
The beans.
