Cor Charley youve gone an done it again mate ,, that looks bloody delicious !

I really like the look of your yorkie pud mate thats just how I like it ,, IMO cooked to perfection ,, thats how my dear old gran used to make it , but my Mum used to make it too crispy ,, the way you do it the gravy can soak in .

I,m afraid mine are a bit hit and miss .

Love the roast pork mate , my favourite roast meat ,, only I have to deduct 1 point here for the absence of the old apple sauce ( sorry no excuses accepted )

I would bet folding money your Mrs dont eat york pud ,, Jan wont BUT she can make it better than me bless her !
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

That pizza on the left is a Banana Kaya pudding but yeah it did taste the same as the other pizza base

How many of these Yorkies have you got stockpiled Charlie? Are you using the same one in all these pics ? I reckon it's not real and your a budding Patrick Swayzee.

I reckon Nige is gonna be Demi when he arrives for that pie making course

Nige. You're gonna' have to give me the point back. It's roast beef and the gravy was delicious!

    Thai beef.

    Tolsti. I'm on a diet.
Nige. My Missus' and the daughter love Yorkshires but, they don't like beef!

The meat looks terribly dry and overcooked but then again you Brits don't know anybetter. Probably why you like to drown your meat in gravy.

Snubub...The Thai beef is as tough as old shoes. Doesn't really matter how long you cook it. It's a hit and miss thing!

PS. I don't think that meat in the picture is drowned in gravy.

I'm going to buy some "yorkies" next shopping trip ! It's been years since I had them, can't think why I stopped eating them actually. I'll treat the taste buds to Aunt Bessies finest . Or go and knock my own up, depending on price.

Found a poor quality photo of one the Midget made a while back. We used the end bits form a Wagyu-Angus fillet, slow cooked in a beer gravy. The crust was nice and, errr, crusty. I'll have to get her to make some more one of these days.

Chicken in lemon sauce with noodles, from one of my favourite Noodle restaurants.

    Tastes better than it looks.

Can you get electric pressure cookers in Thailand?
I was given one of these TEFAL ones a while back

and use it quite a bit for lesser cuts of meat and its fast.
I often take a boned out 3kg pork shoulder roast, 1/2 a bottle of BBQ sauce, spoonfull of chilli and garlic and a can of cola and in around 30 minutes cooking and 10 minutes reducing sauce it is turned into this (not my picture).

At least once a week a pull out some 2nd rate beef , blade or similar, cut it into large cubes, brown in pressurecooker with an onion chopped and throw in curry stuff with a tin of tomatoes.
20 minutes later I have a beef curry and the meat just falls apart.
