The surf looks more like onion rings to me. Now I am hungry.
Lazy this evening. Had two cans of John West peri peri sardines. Warmed up some rice from yesterday and voila! The rice was drenched in Tabasco as well.....Lovely whilst on a drinking session.

Vietnamese wraps, with a salt baked fish.
Take a bit of lettuce. Throw on a bit of fresh ginger, fresh mint, chili, garlic, onion, cucumber, tomato, fish and rice noodles.
Throw on a dollop of peanut sauce, and ram it all in. An explosion of different flavours, one after the other. Good shit.

Cumberland sausage, yorkies, onion gravy and my wife's chips.
Her chips are un-real. Crispy as fook on the outside and fluffy inside.
My mate is over for a break, hence the lack of chips on my plate!

strange over head shot by my daughter.
Mexican again tonight. Carnitas pork, refried beans, salsa, sliced lettuce, chips, and warm tortillas equal a very nice burrito. Here were the fixings.

Tonight was peppered pork steak with mushrooms and wifey's chips...
Couldn't wait until the chips browned!

those chips look awesome again Charly - Deja vu saying that because the gormless mod has deleted my last comment saying that and about par boiling, yet left everyone elses? What a wanker
Aging one - do you make your own tortillas? If you buy them, what brand you like here as I find them to all be a little rubbish in Big C.
made by a local guy. Danitos, the same guy that makes tortilla chips. The flour are very nice, and the corn okay.
Where do you get that then? (hope I am not being a retard and you answer "New Mexico, where I live" )Originally Posted by aging one

Speedo, keep it quiet, shhhhhhhhhh...My gaff!
OK - So now we have a choice. 1000 for gala pie at your gaff or 20,000 for cheese making. Hmm Decisions decisions. I'll trade you - teach you how to make the best bread in Thailand.
^ You don't need bread with real pies!
Unless you're related to The Warburton family!

Fool you crazy? There is nothing wrong with a Steak and ale pie sandwich, and if you say there is, there will be trouble coming your way. I don't like pork pies by the way. the jelly; the texture makes me gag.Originally Posted by charleyboy

Nat, you're lucky I saw that after I'd been shopping. Otherwise I'd have spent double. I got smoked haddock in parsley sauce tonight. Made by me and not out of a packet, I must add.
^^ Lamb...What I'd give for some of that!
How about some "baht" at a decent butchers shop / super market?Originally Posted by charleyboy
