Lit up the BBQ for the first time in a while last night

That's not the new bird no, but she helped me eat it

Tony's gone back to America for a few months to see his kid so I won't be out riding as much now... More time to spend in the kitchen

Tonights roast pork dinner accompanied by new potatoes from my garden along with broad beans + spinach absolutley delicious , its been a chore tryibg to grow veg this year but it was worth it today .




Now I have made an apple pie for afters today , here it is fresh out the oven







Served up with a nice drop of custard ( Birds custard )

good effort nig, cant see the crackling though
