One thing I have learned just. Stilton is fukking amazing. Blue cheese used to make me gag but this stuff is something else. I've used half the block in the soup and nearly finished the rest.

The one I have, around 1500 baht from Lazada, pretty handy for blending, whisking, and chopping of things like garlic and chillies, without having to use a full blown food processor.

Chunky soup works for me. Honestly considering how easy soup is to make I'm surprised folks dont make it more often.
