    Mrs BLD requested lamb shanks for mothers day eazy peasy , lamb shanks are about $6.00 aussie pesos each , no markdowns to be had so i said to myself fuck it ,splash out you cheap kunt. Googled a recipe that lends itself to the slow cooker and found out i needed some red wine, found some port in a cask and as its nippy at the mo i consulted google again who told me yes, go ahead and you like port better than red wine, so port it was. Win win
