He needs to time this carefully, best keep records on the sell-by date for creme fraiche and cheeses at the local super-saver.

But don't let it be contaminated by the out-of-date kippers which are being transformed into British PlaRa in the sunlight.

    Welcome!
Of course you could attach the tin of Ravioli to your truck-motor for the last 50 miles, to present your lovely wife with a steaming hot ready-to-eat meal at the end of the day.
But you know this already, I am sure you already have a construction made from coathanger wire for this purpose.

Got a right result tonight in Tesco express when I went to pick the missus up from work at 8pm

There was a chicken Korma kicking around in the reduced price cabinet still marked up at £1.50p ,, I said look its nearly 8pm you aint gonna flog this now so how about a bit of extra discount ?

Swiftly reduced to 75p ,, game on !

Matched up with a nice bit of garlic bread reduced from the Co-op last Xmas in the freezer at 25p

Bloody tasty it was ,, just missing some mango chutney ,, will call in at Poundland for a jar tommoz

I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Hang on. I have just sent some to you by carrier pigeon. It will be fine to eat once you have scraped the droppings off it.

Just made an apple + cinnamon cake for after dinner today , using up some of the many apples I have on my tree in the garden .

Here we go ready for the oven 50 mins at 170 deg .

Will utilise the oven at the same time to cook 3 large baked potatoes 1 for tonights dinner and 2 ready for a quick blast in the microwave for dinners in the week after work .

Even though I say it myself it was bloody delicious !

When I picked the better half up at 8 pm tonight she walked in and said mmmmmm smell lovely , so I made us a cuppa tea each cut a large slice for her and a small slice for me .

She protested " I can't eat the big one you have that "

about 3 mins later her plate was clean and had disappeared into the kitchen looking for a bit more

Few sniff kisses a bit later on

    Cake looks good, Nige.

Sadly, in this part of the world, fresh is best. Tesco-Lotat express doesn't have the type of offers you get in the UK.

    Here's me lamb shank.
