Just made an apple + cinnamon cake for after dinner today , using up some of the many apples I have on my tree in the garden .
Here we go ready for the oven 50 mins at 170 deg .
Will utilise the oven at the same time to cook 3 large baked potatoes 1 for tonights dinner and 2 ready for a quick blast in the microwave for dinners in the week after work .
