    ^ Good stuff mate.

A drizzle of olive oil over the tomatoes and basil, perhaps a slice of mozzarella, a drop of balsamic too, I'd simply lift up the plate and pour it all into my mouth.

Roast chicken with a homemade basil pesto pasta.

Thumbs up there fella. The roast taters caught my eye right away.

I presume you made a tasty gravy from the veggies and chicken that were in the oven?

I'm a friggin' retard....a Thai basil pesto has to be ridiculously good.

It's also something I can take to work and eat cold....

^^ Cheers. The buttered baby corn and green beans were enough, we've eaten our own body weights in green leaves over the last couple of weeks.

^ Sure. Delicious. Quick and easy too mate.

Bit of a difference to both body and mind. I'm even happier and nicer, 100% lover. It's all about the peace and love with uig, bro.

Just made up a lovely Thai style basil pesto.

Will be lovely dolloped on some baked shrimp tomorrow.

I, and i would think a lot of people, was brought up eating overcooked veg.

Nowadays, i cook green beans, broccoli, cauliflower etc. to the crunchy stage. No mush anymore. Some people may think that they are undercooked. But that's only because they are used to overcooked. No wonder kids hated veggies.

My wee niece, one year old, loves her veg. She plays with it, tastes etc. and can hold the veg in her wee hand. Instead of it squashing!! Plus the fact that you boil all the goodness out of veg if you cook it too much.

don't boil the veg Pats... steam it... much cheaper as it uses less electric and the real colours still stay.

    Yup.

Steam for a minute, then into a bowl with a knob of butter, salt and pepper on top.

    Yum.

Could lose a bit around the top of the abs, there.

Though shaving off the tache would lose at least 4kg.

^ This can't be happening to our Luigi... your turning poofio!.. quick! get some meat into ya!

*Dill grins and rubs his meat-stick with anticipation... calm down mate!
he needs red meat - not white meat heh...

Just kidding - I get ya, feeling better myself after consuming somtam for my weekend staple (rather than the usual roast pig, stray cat, or steak, etc)...

Although, must admit... I suddenly have a finer appreciation for pastel colors, Bravo channel and pink silk undies...

Me is think we should get back on the meat bros!
