My taste in food is eclectic. My wife is a brilliant cook and today I am going to eat only farang food. Last night I had pork and cashew nuts which was sublime. Cooked in a spicey sauce with spring onions/ scallions , mushrooms and tomatoes it was absolutely wonderful. Sadly, a picture would look quite uninviting as it is just a big blob of brown stuff on a bed of rice.Originally Posted by thaimeme
My late mother taught my wife how to cook western food but was unable to pass on her skills in pastry making and sponge cakes, so that my wife's Victoria Sponge cake can easily be used to drive fencing posts into the ground. Apart from that, she cooks very, very well.
