^You're welcome. Ovens are the way to go, can't imagine not having one!.

Your roast chicken Maryland is my favourite cut for the oven too. Betagro product takes it to a new level (available in Foodland) + this seasoning is nice to add sometimes, and well worth having a bottle of in your pantry for roast yard bird:

We can only see the worktop. I bet the rest is covered in chicken feathers, potato skins and bisto gravy granules... and blood.

I say old chap, not all of us are used to the slovenliness of Isaan maidens. I live in Chonburi!!! We're a lot cleaner down here.

Nice effort.....yet, two points of contention:

The sauce needs to be thicker as stroganoff depends.
One only used wide egg noodles in such a traditional concoction.

    Fair go - 8/10

The colour coordination with the plastic table is spot on.

I do believe Bollinger has ditched the reds and become a blue

Tonight's meat feast salad with a spicy sauce..

Main Mrs. Luigio is doing a BBQ tonight.

Noticed a kg of Thai beef in the fridge.

Now Thai Beef is really good for one thing, and just about okay for two other things.

The first, obviously, is throwing in the bin. It seriously excels in this.

The second is chopping it up and soaking it in a pineapple juice based marinade before sticking it on kebab sticks and BBQ'ing it.

    (tonight)

Slicing it thinly and doing a Chinese style fried noodle dish in the wok.

    (Tomorrow. If still alive. )
