Works out around 65 odd baht for a lamb steak dinner.
Now, that's a Bobby dazzler!

Few Indian places have it on their menu because of the time and expense involved to prepare it and a lack of chefs who know how to do it properly, but make sure you order lamb raan if you ever do see it offered.
There was a place over Asok/Phrom Phong way that did it years ago and it was phenomenal. Best lamb I've ever had.
Of course.
Did a Mrs Daffodil and hit the plate next to it.
Slowcooked beef curry.
And for the Thai at the table.

My wife steamed some prawns and flower crabs and we had them with her rather excellent super spicy seafood chilli sauce (sauce not pictured - this is just a pic of your basic crab and prawn in a steam pot)

Looks fantastic guys!
Cooked ginger beer pork belly, tonight... the ginger beer really infused a lovely sweet warmth to the meat, contrasting with the crunchiness of the crackling on top.. mmmm yumm!
1st make a boat with the tin foil to contain the ginger beer...
after an hour, add more ginger beer to the base..
crank up the heat for the last 15 min to develop a crust..
Serve with Jap slaw/mayonnaise.. and caramelized sauce *thickened with some maple syrup, drizzled over the pork...
