Your roast chicken Maryland is my favourite cut for the oven too. Betagro product takes it to a new level (available in Foodland) + this seasoning is nice to add sometimes, and well worth having a bottle of in your pantry for roast yard bird:

Main Mrs. Luigio is doing a BBQ tonight.
Noticed a kg of Thai beef in the fridge.
Now Thai Beef is really good for one thing, and just about okay for two other things.
The first, obviously, is throwing in the bin. It seriously excels in this.
The second is chopping it up and soaking it in a pineapple juice based marinade before sticking it on kebab sticks and BBQ'ing it.
