Did this just naturally happen over time because it feels good? Is it by choice in order to ... lose weight or be healthier etc? Or due to something a bit more serious (doctor's advice etc)?
not prying or being nosy, just interested in other people's daily gym and diet regime. I've gone off having breakfast by now, it's always just a cup of coffee, followed by a cup of tea, and then maybe something like a light dumpling soup a few hours later at maybe 10am. Eating big heavy stodgy carbs at anytime of the day nowadays will see me unconscious in food coma land vowing never again.![]()
