Fuk me, that could kill you. The Convicts do the best "works burger". yum...
The wife is happy that I treated her today (she's probably already planning to sell it to a friend for 25,000 baht...), so she has cooked one of my favourites:
I got an iPhone 16E while in the UK a couple of weeks ago, and the photos seem much better than the 13 mini I had previously...
Cycling should be banned!!!
Wow - somebody actually likes those bootlace beans?
They go great in a spicy green curry, Cyrille (Thais eat them with loads of spicy foods). Go on, open your horizons before it's too late!![]()
In Lao when you go for a pho you get a plate of fresh herbs, Mint etc, mungbeans to add to the pho and a plate of string beans and a wee bowl of jao to dip the raw string beans in. Great way to eat em
Give me shrooms every time.
Well, maybe not in Aus.

Aussie striploin. With some greens out of shot.
Low carb breakfast (egg, sausage + green leaves) and lunch (meat and salad) nowadays and feeling luriffic!

^ indeed PAG, thank fuk you are back we need some fresh menu items, with colour and step by step instructions, although Chitty will still reduce everything to beige, Amber and brown.

A wet and cool day here in Phuket, so an ideal day for one of my current favourites. A Korean style minced pork dish (browned pork mince, removed from pan, then chopped onion, garlic and ginger fried, pork added back in, finished off cooking with a sauce of gochujang, honey, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil). Added some diced carrot, peas, and chopped spring onions. A side of Japanese sweet potato rounded it all off. Almost an Asian deconstructed cottage pie.

Good to see you back pag. That dish looks like something even I couldn't fuck up. Pretty sure the kids will like it to? Just need a trip to the Asian grocery for some gochujang sauce

This recipe is a good guide to making it: Korean Ground Pork | Slimming Eats Recipe
I usually have it with Udon noodles, but M'Sahib had got in a few kilos of Japanese sweet potato and we needed to use some up. Gochujang paste should be fairly easy to find, I'm using this one:
