Got that right, Koojo.Morsi looked shocking, he was in the process of establishing the Caliphate.Well, with the MB being hounded and persecuted, the luvly Salafists (them that make the MB look libby and secular) will likely attract a lot of the disenfranchised vote and, well- can't have that can we. So the Military has got the excuse to remain in power indefinitely.
Otherwise, we've got a bunch of stark raving hard core muzzies forming a government- more like a Caliphate- and that is prolly even worse.
Just great.All of a sudden, Morsi doesn't look quite so bad- but he did indeed stuff it up.
Maburack looks positively great. He kept stability and a lid on inter factional disputes and kept as secular a country as you could have in that part of the world.
Democracy in the form we recognize in Europe & the States won't work in the ME unless you have a stable, cohesive populous like Israel for example.
Israel is not a democracy.
