Day 3 then. Of course you needed to defend that final hour after being in field all day, but today you need to make runs, trying to block out the day would be negative cricket. You fellas need to bat two days amass a total and then attempt to bowl us out on day 5. Talking about playing for draw at the end of day 2 is defeatist.
Absolutely. There is no way a draw can be achieved without scoring 450 over the next 4-5 sessions.

    Exactly.

And it can lose the game for you - even if you are 'playing for a draw'.

Wonder how many Australian media outlets had a headlines praising England when we've been dominating in recent series.....

    Excellent English....

Really? I think you are one of these that doesn't

A listen to the BBC commentators
B ever listen to what's being said.....

I find cricket commentators of all ilks to be very fair.

Try listening to Vaughan at the moment for example.

So if you use that qualification then I'm sure the Aussie press would be just as gracious.

Bob is trolling as per usual.

The trash papers are no better - if not worse in England.

    Re: the cricket.

Joe Root's back foot is cemented to the crease as per usual..

We need some wickets to save us from a yawn fest..

    ANOTHER maiden ..

    Geoff Boycott on Joe Root

"There is more brains in a chocolate mouse"

Geoff is livid at that shot and rightly so.

I love Australian insecurity.... There are akin to Thais when it comes to discussing anything about their own country.

No wonder they are so happy here.

There you go again Wally.... The classic Australian MO

Any time someone makes a comment in front of an Australian about another country positive or negative, the Auatralian brain feels a need to fire back a pro Australian statement. It's non stop with you lot, why so insecure.

Sitting in the Londoner "nice pie this"

Australian brain "No one makes pies like Australians"

    "Vegetables are good"

Australian brain "you get the freshest vegetables in Australia"

Pietersen could be out here..... Of course if it's not Australians will claim he's doctored his bat.

    Pietersen gone.

Sad to say this test match is sliding away fast if the batsmen are giving their wickets away.

The bowling is tight but hardly spectacular. We were the same and Australia started giving wickets away until someone came in and played sensibly.

    It's now that time.

Siddle has pietersen more times than any other bowler in test cricket.

You'll never experience it, it's funny as fuck.... You guys are blind to it.....

Just like Thais, a positive statement about somewhere else is heard as a negative statement about them
