^I am not sure what the long bits were. I did not eat them. It was very tasty apart from them.

Willy sent me a very rare green for that Rendang and he is from Indonesia, so I rest my laurel.

The salad was at the bottom. Just seemed easier that way.

    The white bits are potatoes.

I am not sure what the long straight things were. They were some kind of root vegetable, like miniature leeks in structure, with the top and bottom cut off. I demurred from eating them.

Everything that is not white potato or mystery mini-leeks is beef, or sauce.

There is something slightly malevolent-looking about the colour of that beef, Armo

Or maybe it is just the ambient lighting or phone-camera white-balance settings.

Well it's lamb for a start. And it's been in my bag for about 4 hours.

Her indoors went on a foray to costco this morning and came back with some salmon( probably farmed) but fuck it. We had some of it for a pre dinner snack sushimi style, plenty of wasabi to get that burning feeling in the nostrils. Better than Charlie IMHO.Dinner-20250419_164906-jpg

Costco is amazing. They have an excellent selection of English cheddars that I love, sadly the orange morons tariffs will probably fuck that up.

She was indeed feeling a bit frisky last night which is strange after nearly 18 years of marriage and as it's a long weekend and I had given myself the weekend off , I figured I might of over served myself so I figured I would let Pfizer corporation help out. Didn't wanna disapoint the girl. Dinner-20250419_170527-jpg

In Perth there are 2 costcos now. They are hugely popular. As an alternative to Coles, woolies, aldi, iga etc. But the fuckers don't open until 10.00 am. Which is crazy. I reckon they would make a Monza if they went 24/7 live nearby the first one and am a member mostly because they sell gas 20 or 30 cents a litre less than the others.. if I need something in there store I get in and out right quick. I never go with her as she gets to fucking carried away. Now she's got a job that pays well she can go herself.

Careful. That's what done Shane Warne in and he's probably a fair bit fitter than you.

after that the trick is to get em straight into an ice bath to stop the cooking process BLD TIP# 557. got some snapper and a couple of dozen prawns another 2 kg of mussels and the plan is to use that chili mussel sauce to cook em the add all the other stuff to the pot. should be lush.

They will never do that. They set their hours a certain way because they try to create a work-life balance for their employees, Costco actually cares about them which is a nice change from other big box retailers. Notice they actually close early on the weekends and always closed on holidays.
