A wrap was made by edmond. Please realize it had nothing at all to do with Mexico or its cuisine.

I made a wrap for lunch today. Fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, with ranch dressing and a Thai chili sauce.

Should have had some bacon..

If for meself, I slice the bacon first and then cook the garlic/onions/rice/egg in the bacon fat, with the rice precooked in tequila.
