Made Spinach pie. Unfortunately the wife though politely would say that is good, will not eat it, and i ended up earing the whole thing. LOL
Really easy to make and delicious IMO
Frozen spinach from Macro shopped up and all the water squished out.
Toast chopped up leaks and onions in olive oil , add spinach , dill, salt and pepper ,and an egg. and cook filling for 10-15 minutes,
I sprinkle in a tablespoon of Masrom flavored spice powder, no MSG . Also from Macro
let it cool a bit and crumple Feta cheese in.
You and Use Fillo dough ,I found some at Shopee a while back, but I was feeling adventurous and had nothing better to do so I made my own dough. Video on to do on YouTube . Satisfyingly to make but messy.
If anyone needs more precise instructions PM me

Aye they're decent but you gotta get them straight from the freezer cos once they've defrosted in absolutely no time you can't even handle them.

Far better with curries then roti's.
I've never tried to but I had an Indian friend who was an English teacher who used to knock up curries then he would serve chapatis one at a time as he made them. Outstanding, but these rotis can't be knocked either.

He died in a car crash so that was the end of that.

I also spinach in Makro but wondered what I could do with it. Research required.

your pie had me quite intrigued until you bust out the feta. You’re welcome to that.

It looks fantastic though, well done.

Goes great in curries and side dishes but as BB says you have to squeeze the water out.

    Get fukked...

    ...my Mrs made that!

I donated the bacon, smoked black pepper and garlic middle back bacon...

I was about 3 spoons short of finishing the lot, then retired straight to bed to watch the last episode of Top Boy.

I had an oval dish to bring for lunch at work, but I swerved it and shot the craw before she came downstairs this morning.

Had enough to give Tony Macaroni a run for his money.

That was a pretty dramatic conclusion!

Watched Boiling point on netflix last night.

It's about a Scouse chef, so I'm putting it in this thread.
Compelling viewing and a whopping 10/10 from me.

I make them sometimes, but I use olive oil so it's a bit healthier. They're pretty easy to do, and I'd imagine your missus would be able to whip some up no problem after a couple of minutes watching one of the recipes on Youtube.
