Brought back big flour tortillas from trader Joe's along with a seasoning mix from New Mexico. Some shredded chicken tenders mixed bell peppers and onions. Going to cook it all up now to avoid the afternoon heat. Warm it up this evening after exercise.

It will look nicer when it's cooked.

Gonna do the breast tonight as an Indian-Mex fusion.

Pitta bread, Mexican chili beans, salsa, nachos, and 300,000 liters of beer.

    Wings sometime over the weekend.

    With beer.

Another burger masterclass at Crossroads Nan. The wife and I always lunch here as our first choice when shopping in Nan. This burger includes double beef patties, egg, bacon, cheese and beetroot. As good as any I've had worldwide.

Absolutely Norton. No doubt you'll be needing some superior overnight accommodation. Allow me to offer our homestay in Pua , not open yet but everything except the regulatory approvals is in place...so free atm. Regards, -BiP

    Hi Bogon,

I think that breakfast is around 260 baht. My burger is around 330 baht. The wife has a rice and savoury pork mince dish at about 40 baht. With a couple of cokes/water our lunch generally 390-410 baht. I can attest that the burger for lunch renders dinner unnecessary. Regards, -BiP
