The pan is too crowded, just slung the gammon in the oven withe the spuds.
Steaks in the pan now.
Found my emergency supply of baby beets at the back of the fridge,so all is good.

Thinking Morrelli cherry pie and custard for desert.

Cut the fat of the gammon and gave it the dog,ungrateful muts still not woofed it down..

Love it. Griddled Gammon with pureed sprout and dauphinoise custard potatoes.

Fuk yeh. Pineapple ring on top with egg cracked into the hole and in the oven - then on a pizza base.

Cheers chaps, it was touch and go there for a while.

The fusion of baby beets and beans are the bollox mate, top notch.

You put us through 1 hour and 15 minutes of hell, not since my first born have i been so worried about a delivery.
