No garlic/yoghurt dip either, that's another well earned red.

Anyway, Doner a festive Christian classic? - another red owed.

This tasted better than it looks. Fish in a tasty sauce/soup with jasmine rice.

Expensive one this, so it's just every now and then: Spanish style braised pork and chorizo (with a little bit of Italy this time ☺).

2 hours or so in the pot then served with patatas bravas.

Only put a big glass of wine in there to deglaze the pan after searing the pork, so it was definitely the chorizo. Probably about 400 baht's worth went in. Fuck it, it's Christmas.

I follow this recipe but decided to add the chickpeas with the olives this time. Other recipes add chickpeas not olives. Either way, it's fantastic.

My favourite dish: José Pizarro?s braised Ibérico pork - Telegraph

I also skim the excess oil off the top.

    Stir fried Beef Neverna.

(tenderloin beef, a yellow sweet bell pepper and a red onion, with a smidgeon of teryaki sauce mixed in with the fried jasmine rice). Lush.

^ Was given some Thai market beef today as it happens. Gonna copy the expert here tomorrow night, but with noodles instead of rice I reckon.

Go for it, Luigi. But you might need to use red and green bell peppers instead of yellow - just to keep it Italiano, like, innit.
